Whether wet paint or powder coating application, both processes start with a thorough cleaning of the part to be coated. A seven stage automated wash system ensures the part is perfectly clean before entering an oven where it is completely dried before entering into the painting area. Once into the painting area, the part is sprayed with the selected coating, either by automated gun, by hand or by robot as required. The freshly sprayed part then moves to a curing oven until the finish reaches the required temperature before exiting the oven for inspection and re-packaging before returning to the customer.
